Recommendations: Add your favorite Smokey Quartz or Labradorite crystals to your practice. Maybe take some CBD 20 minutes prior to practicing.

The focus is on relaxing the shoulders and is a great flow if you tend to hold tension in the upper body. Heart Happy Hour helps improve circulation and deepens the breath. Great for opening the heart chakra.

Recommendations: Add your favorite Rose Quartz or Citrine crystals to your practice. Great practice after an invigorating cup or green tea or matcha.

Get ready to sweat like an actor that’s been rubbed down in oil and sprayed with water. It’s THAT real. If you’re new to the yoga life, don’t be intimidated! Check out the Poses Gallery beforehand so that you have some familiarity with the common yoga poses.

Recommendations: Clear Crystal, Amethyst, Amber and Fluorite are great tag-along buddies for this practice.

 

Rock Ya Body (AF)
